Geena Davis
Geena Davies is an American actress and producer. She has also been an author, a woman's rights activist, as well as a woman rights advocate. As well as her various tasks as a writer, producer and actress in Hollywood she also won praise from critics in every type of television shows. Before her debut in films, she worked as a designer for fashion and made it to the semi-finals of the Team of Women's Archery at Olympics. Music was her passion since young made her study the flute and piano. She also played the organ at Wareham Church. The path she took to become an actor began at New York City when she completed Boston University's drama program. The actress had to be a hard worker and do odd jobs for a while before getting a shot in acting. The model had worked for many years before making her film debut with 'Tootsie.' This was in 1982. In addition, she appeared in a variety of Television serials. She later enjoyed a very successful acting career and won the Oscar Award for her movie "The Accidental Tourist". She also bagged the 'The Golden Globe Award' for her performance in a TV drama series. She has two sons and one daughter who is from her marriage with Reza Jarrahy. She is involved in a variety of other social causes.
